Our Idea

We want to take the experience and resources that we have built up over the years and use it to help enable others to create their own groups or lead events that help bring others together in a meaningful way.

Our Values

We believe that it is incredibly important to always do your best to have a positive impact on others and to stand up for what is right. Social media is no replacement for real life interaction with others.

Our goal

We want to bring people together in real life to facilitate the creation of strong healthy friendships. We will accomplish this through helping others create and plan events as well as by creating our own.

About Utah Together

Founded in 2019, Utah Together was created to help take an idea, and turn it into something that will change lives for the better. We determined that there was a need to help others create events and run groups that help get people out of the house. Far too often today, individuals are isolated and unsure of how to begin to better their situation, social groups serve an incredibly important need.

Through Utah Together, we run 2 other organizations, Utah Social, which was created in October of 2019 to help consolidate and organize the social events we were leading, and Utah Outdoors. It is our mission as the leaders of Utah Together to help others who are interested in creating events and bring others together. It can be difficult to find friends and build a social group in today's society and we feel that this is one of the most important issues facing our society today.

Our Organizations

Utah Outdoors

Founded in 2012, Utah Outdoors is a hiking group based in the Salt Lake City area. We currently have over 12,000 members and have held over 3,000 events throughout Utah and the surrounding states. It is our goal to create a community that will bring together those who share our love of the outdoors and to help others better their lives and build strong friendships, while exploring the canyons, deserts, mountains and waterways of Utah and the neighboring states.

Utah Social

Utah Social was created in October of 2019 to help consolidate and organize the social groups we had created while running our hiking group, Utah Outdoors. It is our mission as the leaders of this overarching group to help others who are interested in creating events and bring others together. It can be difficult to find friends and build a social group in today's society and we feel that this is one of the most important issues facing our society today.
